I'll teach you an important secret I've learned in life. The most important one towards being happy.

I'll teach you an important secret I've learned in life. The most important one towards being happy.

Try to teach yourself what 'just enough' is.

Because that should always be the goal. And what a gift it is to have just enough.

Just enough to never work again? No.

Just enough to buy a private island and ferrari? No.

Just enough to give yourself the things you need to be content.

There's three beautiful things about this.

One is that, when you know what 'just enough' is for you - That will truly allow you to be grateful when you have it. You'll actually notice when you have it. And you'll cherish it when you do.

Second, it still keeps you pursuing purpose and development in life. If I gave you a million dollars, yes, I am sure you'd be happy momentarily. And some of you could use that to start a business and make a lot more money with it. But a lot of us would lose the growth and challenge life gives us by making us find ways to use our talents that also support our lives. And on that journey is where most of our relationships and memories come from.

Last, the most important part - When know what 'just enough' is... You'll know when you have too much. And when you have too much, you'll always know the best thing you can do is give away. Give back.

Too much time? Volunteer.

Too much food? Share.

Too much money? Go help someone with it.

Why would you do this? Because that allows us to create a better world that we get to live in.

And want to know the best part? When you give freely, it allows you to see the absolute best in humanity. The kindness of strangers. The gratitude of those you're helping. The love so freely given because you're helping. These things will fill your soul up 100x more than any thing you could ever buy.

I told you this is the most important thing I've learned towards being truly happy. But with that comes the opposite - I also learned that the way to be lonely is to have greed. To try and hold on to your material goods as much as you can, while the world around you needs you. There is nothing that will isolate you more from the fabric of humanity that is around you every single day.

So just get out there and give.

See you out there.
