The mountains really are important. Grandeur and awe are essential, at least to humility if nothing else.

October 01, 2021

Theres something in your body that responds positively to being in the mountains. Even the darkest, most foreboding mountains can strangely make you feel like you’re right at home. You feel connected to it. You want to be in it and stay there, no matter how sore or dirty you get.

It feels more naturally to be there, than any city in the whole entire world.

I have years of writing, stacks of journals and notes.

The raw and vulnerable thoughts from my journey, as I spontaneously explore the world.

The untold stories of strangers I have found along the way.

The experiences that have made me feel most alive.

And all the moments in between.
